Scania’s ‘Active Safety’ technologies minimise the risk of collisions and other incidents that can lead to injury. Integrated seat belts and airbags provide direct protection to the driver. Scania's;

• retractable seat belts are comfortable and ideally positioned because they are integrated within the seat’s structure

• optional auto tensioners in P and R sleeper cabs allow complete freedom of movement at all times, unless severe braking, impact or sudden change of direction are detected

• vehicles are all equipped with automatic tensioners and can also have a driver’s airbag.
